The Vaud BioMed Association is a private non-profit-making organisation, independent and self-financed thanks to the fees paid by its members (service providers and beneficiaries of such services) and also the activities which the Association organises. The Association is based in the Canton of Vaud but its main aim is not primarily to play a particular role in favour of the economic promotion of this Canton. The most important for this Association is to participate in regional activities which will intensify the development of the life-sciences sector.

• Service providers established in Switzerland currently active or having been active in the Canton of Vaud (or who will shortly be active in the Canton).
